When you ask to connect with us or join our list, we collect the contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number. We also collect basic usage and device information that helps the app work, such as app version and general performance data.

How we use it

To respond to your questions, connect you with Masi Geter for real estate help, send updates you asked for, and improve the app.

AI processing

Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by our AI service provider to generate answers. Please don't share sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers or financial account details, in the chat.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help operate the app, such as hosting, AI processing, and email delivery, and when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing masi@pcsguideai.com. See our Account Deletion Policy for deletion details.

Children's privacy

PCS Guide AI is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security and changes
